A contemporary equestrian estate designed as a fully integrated residential and operational compound, where architecture, movement, and experience are aligned from the outset.

The project brings together a 5-bedroom residence, a 6-stable barn, a riding arena, and a private helipad, structured to separate operational flows while maintaining a seamless connection between living, equestrian, and arrival experiences.

The residence is positioned as the central anchor of the estate, with extended horizontal rooflines, controlled transparency, and framed views establishing a strong relationship to the surrounding landscape. Supporting structures are placed to ensure efficient horse movement, discreet servicing, and uninterrupted residential privacy.

Arrival is treated as a defining moment within the project, with the helipad and approach sequence integrated into the overall spatial hierarchy rather than added as an afterthought.
