Refund Policy

Due to the custom and professional nature of architectural, design, visualization, and consulting services, payments made to RAM Equestrian Design are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Consultation fees, project deposits, planning services, concept development, renderings, and digital deliverables compensate for time, expertise, research, and creative development already allocated to each project. If a cancellation request is submitted before project work begins, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of RAM Equestrian Design. Any approved refunds will exclude completed work, consultation time, third-party consultant costs, software expenses, transaction fees, and administrative costs already incurred. Digital products, downloadable files, and customized design materials are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. Clients are encouraged to review project scopes, timelines, and deliverables carefully before confirming services.
